Plan for 2026 Division Alignment -- Blue adds the Red Division Champion to become a 5 team division. Red adds the White Division Champion and demotes the last place Red team to become a 4 team division. White will become a 4 teams this year because of a 13 team league in 2026.  In 2027 with 14 teams, Blue will go to 4 teams by demoting a team, Red will add a team from Blue and swap last place/first place teams with White Division to make 5 teams, and White will have 5 teams.  In 2027 with 13 teams, Blue will go to 4 teams by demoting a team, Red will add a team from Blue and demote last place team to stay at 4 teams.  White will have 5 teams.
